Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Requirements
- All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. For upholstered sofas (single/double seater), we extend this window to 45 days to allow for comfort and quality verification.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, and compliance documents intact:
- Single/Double Seater Sofa: Original packaging (or equivalent protective covering), no stains, tears, or fabric wear; all cushions, legs, and hardware included; upholstery free of pet hair or odors. Assembled sofas are eligible for return only if defective, as disassembly may compromise structural integrity.
- Bean Bag: Unopened or unused with original packaging and tags; no punctures, stitching damage, or filling leakage; fabric clean and undamaged. Inflatable or foam-filled bean bags must retain their original shape.
- Sofa Blanket: Unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging; no stains, snags, or shedding beyond normal initial use; fabric and stitching intact.
- Customized Items: Custom-upholstered sofas, personalized bean bags, or custom-sized sofa blankets are only eligible for return/exchange if they have manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect fabric, structural flaws, stitching errors) or safety non-compliance.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Products with quality/safety issues (e.g., sofa frame instability, bean bag fabric tearing, sofa blanket fire hazard non-compliance) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, color, fabric) are eligible for full refunds or exchanges, with photo/video evidence required for verification. We also accept returns for CPSC-recalled products.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that have been used, assembled (unless defective), modified, or cleaned (e.g., washed sofa blanket, stained sofa upholstery, punctured bean bag) due to hygiene and quality concerns.
- Items damaged due to improper use, care, or storage (e.g., sofa fabric stained by harsh cleaners, bean bag punctured by sharp objects, sofa blanket damaged by high-heat drying).
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective or recalled items.
- Customized products with non-quality-related issues (e.g., change of mind on fabric color, incorrect size selection).
- Freight items returned without prior approval, as they require specialized handling and shipping arrangements.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Submit Application: Contact our customer service team via phone or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence. For recalled products, include the product’s batch number. We will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
2. Ship/Arrange Pickup: For sofa blankets, package with original materials and ship via trackable parcel. For sofas and bean bags, we coordinate with our freight partner to arrange pickup at your location, using specialized packaging to protect upholstery and structure.
- For defective/incorrect/recalled items: We provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all associated costs.
- For personal reason returns (unused, unassembled items): You are responsible for all shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 10–25% may apply (based on product size and fabric sensitivity).
3. Inspection & Processing: Our quality and compliance team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition, fabric integrity, and compliance with CPSC standards.
- Defective/Incorrect/Recalled Items: Process a full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days. Recalled items are disposed of or repaired per regulatory guidelines.
- Personal Reason Returns: Deduct applicable restocking fees and shipping costs, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.
4. Refund Completion: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 days after inspection approval (extended to 10 days for freight items due to processing complexity).
