We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). Standard shipping covers the contiguous U.S.; freight shipping for Alaska/Hawaii/territories requires specialized arrangements for sofas and large bean bags. PO box shipping is only available for sofa blankets; large furniture requires a physical delivery address.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number (and freight carrier contact info for large items) to monitor delivery status in real time. For white glove delivery, we provide a 4-hour window the day before arrival.
- For customized products, we send production updates (e.g., "Custom Upholstered Sofa Completed," "Personalized Bean Bag Ready to Ship") with compliance documentation attached.
- You can view order status via your website account. If tracking is stagnant for 3+ business days (freight) or 5+ days (parcel), contact our team immediately—we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve delays.
Shipping Notes
- Product Protection: Sofas are wrapped in moisture-proof film and corner protectors; bean bags are packed in puncture-resistant material; sofa blankets are sealed in dust-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing. For freight items, note damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
- Freight Access Requirements: Ensure clear access to your address (e.g., elevator for multi-story buildings, 3-foot clearance for stairs). Notify us in advance of access restrictions to arrange specialized handling.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Moving Season), freight shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days. Order early to ensure timely delivery.
